Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable and detail-focused Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our office. This is a key role within the business, ensuring the workplace remains organised, efficient, and professional. The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative tasks while supporting both staff and senior management.
 
Key Responsibilities
    • Oversee daily office administration and operational procedures
    • Act as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members
    • Welcome visitors to the office and provide refreshments when required
    • Manage meeting room bookings and schedules
    • Monitor office supplies and arrange stationery orders as needed
    • Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and building management, including ordering printer paper and ink and managing confidential waste and recycling
    • Provide support with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry, and assist the data processing team
    • Manage the central inbox, forwarding emails to relevant individuals
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional office environment, including daily waste removal, dishwasher duties, and ensuring the kitchen area remains tidy
    • Provide general administrative support to management and staff as required
 
Skills & Experience
    • Previous experience in an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
    • Proven receptionist experience as the first point of contact for phone calls
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
    • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
 
Preferred Experience
    • Experience using office management systems or basic accounting software
