The Role
Seeking a highly organised, calm, warm, and operationally strong HR & Recruitment Manager to support the ongoing growth and development of the business.
This is a broad hands-on role combining recruitment delivery, talent acquisition, HR coordination,
onboarding, people operations, hiring process management, performance coordination, and day-to
day HR administration.
The successful candidate will take ownership of internal recruitment activity across the business while also supporting employee onboarding, probation management, HR processes, policy coordination, performance tracking, and operational people management processes.
The successful candidate will operate closely with the COO and wider senior leadership team and will have strong visibility across the wider business.
This role will play a key part in helping shape hiring quality, organisational structure, operational coordination, and people processes as the business grows.
The role is ideally suited to somebody with strong recruitment and organisational capability who
enjoys building structure, coordinating people, improving processes, and operating closely with leadership teams inside a scaling business environment.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the business
- Work closely with leadership regarding hiring requirements, workforce planning, and future recruitment needs
- Build and maintain future talent pipelines and candidate relationships ahead of active hiring requirements
- Run direct sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment platforms, and targeted outreach
- Coordinate recruitment agencies and candidate pipelines
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring coordination
- Support writing and development of job descriptions and recruitment documentation
- Manage and maintain the company recruitment tracking processes
- Maintain recruitment reporting, hiring trackers, pipeline visibility, and recruitment workflow reporting across the business
- Help manage and maintain consistent hiring processes, interview standards, candidate assessment coordination, and recruitment workflow discipline across the business
- Help build a positive, professional, and organised candidate experience across all recruitment activity
- Support development of the businesses employer brand and hiring reputation
- Help strengthen hiring quality, candidate experience, and recruitment consistency across the business
HR & People Operations
• Manage onboarding processes for new starters
• Coordinate employment documentation, policies, onboarding packs, and HR administration
• Support probation review processes and employee check-ins
• Coordinate performance review tracking and people process administration
• Support employee relations and day-to-day HR coordination activity
• Maintain organised HR records, policy documentation, and employee files
• Support holiday tracking, absence monitoring, and people administration processes
• Help coordinate internal training, policy updates, and people communications
• Work closely with leadership teams regarding organisational coordination and people operations
• Support development of scalable HR and operational people processes as the business grows
• Support employee engagement, retention, and positive team culture as the business scales
Operational Environment

Skills & Experience
• 4 years+ previous experience within internal recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or people operations roles
• Strong recruitment and candidate management capability
• Experience managing end-to-end hiring processes
• Experience coordinating onboarding, HR administration, and people processes
• Strong practical HR coordination and people-process capability more important than heavily corporate HR experience
• Comfortable running direct sourcing and candidate outreach activity
• Strong organisational and workload management skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building ability
• Comfortable operating across multiple priorities within a fast-paced business
• Comfortable managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously within a fast-paced operational environment
• Experience working with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment workflows
• Professional, dependable, and highly organised approach to work
• Comfortable working closely with leadership and operational teams
• Experience within scaling SME, finance, lending, operational, or fast-growth environments
