The Role
 
Our client is a leading commercial finance brokerage with a strong national Appointed Representative (AR) network. The company provides brokers with the systems, support, and lender access they need to deliver comprehensive finance solutions to SME clients.
 
This new position has been created to strengthen the support provided to the AR network, particularly during the critical onboarding and early growth phases. The successful candidate will be an experienced commercial finance professional who enjoys building relationships, mentoring others, and helping network members achieve business success.
Key Points:
• Focus on supporting and developing ARs within the network
• Blend of relationship management, business development, and training
• Reports directly to the Business Development Manager
• Collaborates closely with internal teams across business development, operations, and finance
• Hybrid role with some UK travel to events, trade shows, and training sessions
 
Experience
• Proven background in commercial finance or lending
• Strong knowledge of broker market dynamics and the AR network model
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Confident delivering training, mentoring, and performance support
• Commercially minded with the ability to spot growth opportunities
• Motivated by helping others succeed and contributing to a network’s overall performance
