Our client is a fast-growing SME lender, new to the market, working exclusively through a panel of introducer brokers. We are looking to hire a Broker Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for our broker partners.
 
This role is central to our success. You will be responsible for managing broker relationships, progressing deals through the pipeline, managing inbound broker enquiries, and ensuring brokers receive a responsive, professional, and proactive service always.
 
Key Responsibilities
    • Manage and build relationships with existing broker partners.
    • Act as first point of contact for brokers, answering the mainline and email enquiries.
    • Chase and progress deals from enquiry to completion
    • Liaise with brokers to obtain information and documentation.
    • Provide regular, clear updates on case progress.
    • Work closely with Business Development and internal teams to maintain deal momentum.
    • Support onboarding and ongoing management of broker panel.
 
Skills & Experience
    • Experience in SME lending, commercial finance, or a broker-led environment
    • Strong communication and relationship management skills
    • Highly organised, proactive, and confident on the phone
    • Able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
