Albert Willow visits the Office for the first time ever!
That is right! A blog just for Mr Albert! or Bertie, he prefers being called Bertie 😉Â
So why a blog for just him? Well Mr Albert is very important for the company and his mentorship has guided many to the right path if they have taken the advice well.
He took us young recruiters to the meeting room which was designed for 30 minutes each. It is safe to say that it ended up about 50 minutes each because some of the questions Mr Albert asked were really profound and if truth be told I felt like he understood me more than my psychologist understood me.
He sees through people and the lessons and advice he had given will make me think for a few days before I come back to talk to him about it. He gave his number and I cannot wait to be wrong and right to develop myself more and more!
And apart from that Mr Albert really has lots of energy and charisma and sometimes he can be funny when he did not mean to( we saw you gulping that whole bottle Bertie)
The team lunch was insighful from him and it was amazing to see Mr Albert, learn more about him and how he came to be and meet for the first time in the office!Â
Here is hoping he can come often and mentor us more.
