Successful applicants will be responsible for developing relationships with vendors and dealers as well as finding business for our hard asset team.
You will need to be self-motivated individuals who will be expected to exceed an annual sales target, build relationships with dealers, customers, and other key industry contacts. You will be expected to have some knowledge in either the Construction, Manufacturing or materials handling sectors and some experience in finance sales, although training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presenting products to clients – This is a customer facing role so you will spend most of your time on the road seeing customers with the option to work from home where appropriate.
- Develop new business relationships and manage existing client portfolio.
- Compile credit write up’s, accessing a proposals risk to the business and negotiate approvals with underwriters.
- Manage your own diary and generate appointments.
- Work with the sales support team to draw up documentation and ensure it is completed to the required standard.
- Develop sector knowledge so you can talk knowledgeably to customers and suppliers.
- Meet all FCA and regulatory requirements.
